Man! That worked. Mange takk. Still have the problem with the DV-stream containing time code breaks that make WinDV freeze. But that’s another story and at least I now know that Premiere isn’t the culprit.

I have an old Windows 7 machine on which I run the excellent app WindDv to capture DV either from a Sony DVCAM deck or video cameras (MiniDV and Digital 8).
