My daughter took a photo while in Hawaii using an iPhone. There was a lens flare that she’d like removed. I’ve fixed some of the other photos she gave me but those were small flares and spots with no major colors to fix.

Yet this one is beyond my skill level…any and all help or ideas are welcomed.
