Why?

Okay, well. A collegue of mine figured it out. I’m leaving this here in case anyone ever needs this information.
If you Seperate Dimensions on the Position and also activate 3D on that layer, the indices kind of make sense again–”Position” is index 2, which disappears when you seperate Dimensions, which are 3,4,5.

Why?

Hey everyone.
So I’m trying to dynamically link Transform properties (like Position, Anchor Point, etc.) to a Pseudo Effect (mimicing that exact Property stack) in a way that works across all language versions of After Effects.

While doing this, I noticed something weird.
thisProperty.propertyIndex doesn’t increment by 1 for each Transform p…

I was snooping around in a collegue’s After Effects Project and stumbled upon a weird expression idea. This is what he had, first line, on pretty much every property.

I was wondering if any of you knew whether it’s possible to have alternating text styles in the new AE sourceText expressions. Seems kinda impossible from what I can gather from the syntax, but do you guys know anything about that?

Here’s some sample code to explain what I’m trying to do.
