<p>I am trying to pull off an animation technique I&#8217;ve never done before. </p>
<p>My goal is to have this graphic (screenshot attached) rotate as a whole, easy peasy. <span>However, as the graphic rotates over time, I would like each icon in the circle to stay in it&#8217;s upright position as they rotate around. </span></p>
