I&#8217;m making an animation that&#8217;s meant to feel very tactile and &#8220;hand-made.&#8221; One of the elements is a large paper disc (imagine a children&#8217;s craft, with a brad in the center). If an actual person were turning the disc, the rate of speed would surely stutter and vary. This is effect I&#8217;m after.</p>
