Hi! I’m making an animation that’s meant to feel very tactile and “hand-made.” One of the elements is a large paper disc (imagine a children’s craft, with a brad in the center). If an actual person were turning the disc, the rate of speed would surely stutter and vary. This is effect I’m after.
