I have both 4K and 1080p footage for an upcoming project (1080 for slow motion clips).
Is it possible to use my 1080 clips in a 4K timeline? Or, which is the best format for YouTube in my case since I want to preserve the best quality and avoid compression?

I usually export my videos with the H.264 codec to my computer and then airdrops it to my iPhone. On the phone the quality looks great but once I upload it on Instagram it seems to lose a bit of quality. How so and is there a way to get around it? :/
