Thanks Tim! I’m in Bear Valley Springs, which is near Tehachapi. BTW the Rocky Mountain Elk that roam through here are not native to this area. In the 1960s someone got permission to import 200 elk from Yellowstone to a ranch near here for a “game farm.” All the elk escaped and thrived. The camera aspect nudges the needle for me. I’ve been filming the elk that roam through my mountain community, and the rig I’m using is heavy.
