OK, so I realized what was going on. Once I relinked my media there were a few files that were unimportant and, figuring that the linked files were actually linked, I pressed the Cancel button. Big mistake. I had to highlight all of the unlinked files and press Offline and then PP closes the window itself. Problem solved. I hope this helps someone…

Every time I open the program, Premiere asks me to relink all of my media and I’m wondering why this is happening. No file is being moved, so why do I have to repeat this process daily?
