The wierd thing is that I received an email for my automatic upgrade (I bought the Pro 18 and they said I will get a free upgrade to 19), but somehow I deleted the email (not sure how I did that), and now i am trying to get them to re send but there is no reply?

I have just completed a Zoom recording and I am now using Vegas Pro 18. For some reason, even at just playback, the zoom recording is doing all sorts of things,

 

Overlapping videos, audio is out of sync, I can see flickering of the video and creating nonsync issues. Screen blacks out.

 

I am just not sure what is happening ?
