I’m trying to use the ‘Crop Edge’ tool from Effects and Presets to crop, but it’s not working. It seems to be locked at 5%. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am using a Mac mini M4 and I am unable to dock the Premiere Composer and AEJuice Pack Manager panels in Adobe Premiere Pro.

I have tried many times, but the panels always remain as floating windows.
