We’re using Encore CS6 on a 2013 MacBook Pro with 8GB of RAM 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7. OS is 10.14.6 and I received the error message below. I tried re-linking the .m4v to an MP4 file of the same content and I got the same message. I also tried re-naming the files and several other things. Any ideas what might be going on?
