Hector… really appreciate the reply. This problem occurred awhile ago and has been resolved. I honestly can’t remember what we did, but we may have somehow been able to reset it as you suggested. Anyway, mahalo for the response.

I mistakenly selected 60fps and 4K and the camera shut down. I recall that combo of settings is not supported. Problem is, I can’t access the menu to change it back. Suggestions? Mahalo in advance!
