RESOLVED I hit Shift + Down keys simultaneously and playback worked.

It’s been a while since I’ve used Audition, but I sat down to edit some VO and I can’t get the space bar to playback audio on the timeline. I can scroll around, but when I hit play, the playback head just sits there. Looked around settings, but could not initiate proper playback. Any ideas? Thanks. Oh, I’m using CS6 on a Mac.
