<p>Its quite simple and intuitive. All the manual work to upload, download, producing and sharing XML files etc.. is done automatically, plus controls to manage who is working on the project and many more features.</p>

<p>1) It is basically no different than connecting your computer to an external drive where you store the original media.<br />
2) The other party has to download the media and keep the exact same structure in their HD.<br />
3) From there on you can exchange XML files.</p>
<p>That is it.</p>
