<p>This issue has been driving me nuts.  When I try to maximize my Program Monitor for fullscreen playback (CTRL+ Tilde, or the button in the upper right hand screen in PP 2022)  it does not go fullscreen, but just moves the video to the top left corner of my monitor. </p>
<p>This is only when I am working with two monitors. </p>
