Need Help</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>Anytime I export in Premiere, it now has a weird flashing every few seconds. The video flashes to frames that are less saturated and less contrasty. I have tried exporting in different ways, adding or removing filters, saving the project onto another harddrive, recreating the project and nothing helps.</p>

Yea I wasn&#8217;t sure about applying effects on the subtitle track in Premiere. I do realize it is easier in Premiere but I just wanted to see if users have had success in applying effects to captions. </p>

Does anybody know if there is a way to edit .srt files in Premiere to have effects? I am going for the captions to write themselves out, word for word, like a typewriter effect but with whole words and not a letter at a time.</p>
