Is there a way to stop Element from using the height and scale values to get rid of the bouncing?

Has anyone had success using the range selector with Element 3D text?

My Element layer jumps in the beginning and end.
Is it possible to do this?

I’m using the free script 3D-pre-compose
from Video Copilot. It works great, but I was wondering if it’s posible to parent the main camera to a control null for easier animation rather than animating the camera orbit.
