If in the case that OWC Support is unresponsive or even closes my thread like they did on my first try to contact them back in November / December (all they do is tell you to email their Bru email address, which doesnt respond to anything because they&#8217;re closed), could I take the actual LTO drive out from the Mercury Pro&hellip;</p>

<p>Thanks for the heads up. OWC support has taken more than 2 months to even get to reply to my inquiry. Dealing with them is an absolute travesty, I want to return my drive as I cannot have it work at all. It was OK. I now have an M1 Max MacBookPro and for the life of me I cannot get the ATTO SAS Drivers to load on my computer. OWC v2.6 driver bundle installed.
