Is there a way to change the value of a keyframe with a JSON?

I have a two position key frames. I would like to have the first keyframe stay the same, but change the second keyframes position value with the value in a JSON file.

hisComp.layer(“masterNull”).transform.position.key(2).value;

thisComp.layer(“masterNull”).effect(“TRICODE”)(“Layer”).transform.position;

I am trying to do both position and scale.
