Thanks for the reply! I did see this solution before when googling my problem, but I didn’t have any luck with it when I tried it. I will give it another shot, but if you have any tips for correctly using handbrake to accomplish this that would be helpful!

Twice now, from 2 different sources (a cell phone and a laptop both generated mp4s), I have brought audio into premiere CS5 and it seems fine toward the beginning, but gets more and more out of sync as it goes along.
