I’m a content creator in yt and I would like to recreate this ambient color background from SNES mini (https://youtu.be/cAIbB50UdUk) in my own custom gameplays.

It’s like the background takes the predominant color on the screen. I’ve trying to recreate, but I don’t know how and I didn’t found any tutorial or tips to do it.
