I have having a real problem with my Io 4K Plus HDMI input. I’m running HDMI from an iMac to AVPro’s AC-MX44-AUHD-HDBT matrix switcher, then to the Io 4K Plus. The problem is the Io 4K is not showing any HDMI connection (the app shows the HDMI port as red with “unknown” above it). When I have the switcher throw a test pattern, this comes through…
