Neutral Filters suddenly not working in Adobe Photoshop CC 2021

Im using a MacBook Pro 16inch (not that I think that it makes any difference), however I just used the the Neutral Filters to change facial expressions in a group photo. Now I want to change the “eye direction” of another person who attended this gathering but the “Neutral Filters” is grey out or won’t let me choose the “Skin Smoothing”…

I add that I am using the latest version of macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and the very latest of Adobe Illustrator CC 2021 25.0. I am trying to save to the “template” folder on my internal hard drive.

PS I have now solved the problem by allowing access to all under “Cool Extras” i.e. as screenshot. Sorry for having troubled you.
