That looks like great results compared to mine ! Is there any way that you can share a project with the settings and render queue where you got this results ? I assume that there is something I’m doing wrong somewhere around the project settings, color management or render settings ? Thanks a lot for trying it out Walter !

Conform is like “transcode” ? Should I use AfterEffects to render from an uncompressed codec to ProRes4444 ? Sorry but I got confused with the “conform” meaning … And yes, ProRes4444 is what I need to have as final output, I can’t use for example “uncompressed” as my final codec…

I need to encode it in AppleProRes 4444 as this is the code that I need for the player software.

I assumed that this was a “good loseless” codec, but it turn out to be very noisy with this kind of content/resolution …

Any tips for the ProRes 4444 avoiding chromatic noise ?

Thanks !

I’ve been doing a really simple animation with After Effects in a video which is 144×38 pixels (so, very small and tinny). When I see the preview on AfterEffects I see it properly as I designed it, so it’s a basic radio waves effect in Orange/Yellow… (see first image).

But I found problems when rendering this simple stuff as I get a…
