I found the problem. Under the Pan/Crop for the image there is a tab for source. When I opened this I found two items for keeping aspect ratio and expand to full frame. When I set these to NO it worked fine for me. </p>

Using Motion Tracking and PIP for the first time. Goal is to cover part of my video with another image. After selecting the area, the motion tracking works great, but when transferring date to clip with image and selecting add PIP to clip, the image does not completely fill the mask area.
