<p>if anyone can help, i appreciate it!&#8230; because i deliver my works to my clients stating that the audios are 320 kbps and with this vegas rendering behavior i&#8217;m worried there is a complaint telling me that the audios are not in 320 kbps!</p>

<p>Why is Vegas decreasing the Hertz of the audio when I render the file?</p>
<p>The original file is 20 kHz and when I render in vegas it drops to 16 kHz, why?</p>
<p>20khz audio is 320 kbps and 16khz audio is 128 kbps, so the vegas 320 kbps template is generating a fake 320 kbps audio?</p>
<p>All 128 kbps options below work fine, because when I render at 96 kbps, the&hellip;</p>
