So I would like to use a random expression or a shake modifier to control the opacity of a clip (in order to randomly change its opacity over time without using keyframes). As far as I know there is no way to do that in the Edit page or Color page so I have to open the respective clip in the Fusion page.

Meanwhile I discovered a pretty simple method to accomplish this by editing the adjustment clip in Fusion, like this:
