Problem solved – but let me warn you what I did wrong.

First thing I did wrong was (accidentally) try to upgrade from 18.5 (the Beta) to the regular Studio version. I didn’t even realize there was a Beta Studio version.

The main thing I did wrong was not understand the Resolve filing system. They hide the project files (which I think is stupid) so…

Upgrade from BETA to STUDIO

I’m new to Resolve and I’ve spent the past week or so working on two projects. I liked it so much that I upgraded to Studio. But since I’m still new at Resolve, I did not (until now) understand the filing system so I did NOT backup my project files first. So guess what – I can’t find my projects. Anywhere. I’ve searched the forums and see nothing.…
