Hi,
The audio file doesn’t seem to work so here is a link.

Also, it’s probably more of an audio buffering issue than an internet issue, but the question remains the same. Is there a way to fix it?

is there a way to repair an audio file with lag/glitch that is probably caused by internet connection issue in Adobe Audition?
I joined a file so you can hear a sample of the trouble.
