real dashboard over video

Hello guys,

I’m Italian and my english is not very well: sorry!

I like to go in a track with my bike, and I use a camera like GoPro for recorder my camera-car videos.
I’ve one system of data logger that archive RPM and SPEED data with a 20 Hz of framerate in a simple SD card. (I can trasform this data in all format: csv, xml, txt or excel.)

I want impression speed ad RPM in the video with After Effects.

I would like one result similar of this:

I would have thought of making an image of a lancet for rpm and speed, and adjust the rotation via a expression.
