Radio station commercial for broadcast

Thanks guys! That is what I was thinking. I’ll check with the station. This is kind of a grey area… I heard from an ad agency that deals with a large radio group that it’s probably best not to use the music, but the music is what a radio station is all about. They noted that it would be best to contact the agencies involved with the artists…

I’m thinking I may want to avoid some of the bigger artists – Elvis, Sinatra, Beatles. Although they are the ones that would promote the station best. Or play it safe and just do a 50s/60s image spot with library music.
