    How do I add a 2-tone or 3-tone color filter to some persons?

    Hi Brian,

    The way that Power Station did it would require a lot more work and a combination of effects but a good down and dirty way to begin playing with ideas is to use Posterize Color (if I remember correctly) to choke down the number of colors in a frame to get some interesting effects. After Effects is great at this kind of thing, especially when laying the same layer on top of itself and then playing with “blend modes” to add effects to layers and seeing how they combine to produce some cool ideas.
